FIA Motorsport Engineering Scholarship 2024: – Applications are opens for FIA Motorsport Engineering Scholarship in partnership with Cranfield University. The scholarship, now in its second year, supports emerging engineers in pursuing a master’s degree in advanced motorsport engineering. Scholarship recipients will receive full tuition and living expenses.
This scholarship aims to promote participation in sport and welcomes applications from students from all backgrounds. The deadline for applications is her April 1, 2024.
FIA Motorsport Engineering Scholarship
The FIA is looking for engineers with good personal qualities, high academic performance and a passion for motorsport, but who cannot afford to study at Cranfield. The successful applicant will be awarded his one-year scholarship which will cover the tuition fees for the MSc in Advanced Motorsport Engineering and a contribution towards associated living costs in the UK.
Cranfield University is an internationally recognized postgraduate university that has been conducting research, consulting and testing in motorsport since the 1970s. The university is also home to the FIA-certified Cranfield Impact Centre and AXSIM Racing, which is widely used by on-road and off-road racing teams around the world.

FIA Motorsport Engineering Scholarship 2024-2025
The FIA will give engineering scholarships for the 2024-2025 academic year. Cranfield has been researching, consulting and testing in the motorsport sector since the 1970s. With close links to the industry through the Cranfield Motorsport MSc Steering Committee, graduates can expect a variety of career opportunities, from design roles to working in track teams.
Recognizing that talented engineers often face many hurdles when entering motorsport, the FIA has created a scholarship to help talented candidates overcome these hurdles.

The FIA Motorsport Engineering Scholarship Features: –
- Payment of tuition fees for the MSc in Advanced Motorsport Engineering at Cranfield University (2024/25 academic year).
- Round trip economy class flight from your country of residence to the UK.
- A bursary paid quarterly to cover accommodation and personal living expenses contributions in the UK (totaling approximately €15,000 depending on the exchange rate at the time of payment).
- The total amount of the scholarship must not exceed 50,000 euros (course fees, airline tickets, allowance for living expenses).
Eligibility
Competition for the advanced Motorsport Engineering Master’s degree is very competitive. Successful candidates will demonstrate high academic ability and a clear passion for motorsport, overcome barriers to enrolling on both courses at Cranfield, and demonstrate a compelling reason for the need to achieve a future career in motorsport.

- You must contact an FIA affiliate in your country. You can visit the official website www.fia.com to check your eligibility and to receive additional information about the FIA and the scholarship:
- You have to submit filled application for the Advanced Motorsport Engineering MSc by the 1st of April 2024.
- FIA will consider the Applications for the scholarship. FIA will select for a Cranfield University course admission interview on the basis of your application. Application must be following standard admissions practice for the course.
- FIA will take an interview and will ask questions around your motivation and need for the FIA Motorsport Engineering Scholarship.
- And after the interview, FIA will finally make Announcement for the successful scholar in June 2024
